Local independent bottle shop or online retailers, such as Beerhawk. Possibly the higher end supermarkets such as Waitrose or Booths. Personally, I'd hunt out a bottle of Saison Dupont as it's generally considered a standard in a style that can be very broad church. Then maybe expand out from there.

My first was BrewDog electric India..which may be a take on the style but I liked it. I then brewed Young's new world saison which was very similar and very good. Next was the recipe out the GH which also was very nice.
I like saison...

Will try a big Waitrose tomorrow as none of the other supermarkets have any. Was looking at buying online but it's about £4.99 delivery when I only want one bottle.
Currently brewing a Young's Saison at 28C (nice warm weather for it). Never tasted it before and hope I like it.

M & S ( even the small ones) do a tin of Cornish saison. No idea how representative of the style though.

M&S thanks. Never thought of that one, shall have a look in there tomorrow. Brilliant.

I’ve tried it. I didn’t like it much. The ginger gave a weird metallic flavour.
Not really a good example of a saison if you’ve not tried one before.
Saison DuPont is a classic of the genre.

Asda do Hirachi Nest (?) Saison.
Hitachino.

I think ‘nest’ is just part of the brand name.
The most common ‘nest’ is a white ale. There is a separate ‘nest saison de Japon’ which is the saison.

I tried the Cornish Saison from M&S and like the other poster, didn't like it much either.

6 pack of saison DuPont is £15 from Amazon (free delivery if you have a Prime account).
A bit more pricey per bottle than buying from a specialist seller but most of those will charge delivery on such a small order.

Dangerous bit of knowledge, I think Amazon call them Add-on items.

Beerwulf stock Saisons including Saison Dupont, which is lovely.
I made a Mangrove Jacks Belgian Saison, which after 3.5 months is nothing like the former and is pretty horrible. I must have cocked up somewhere (dry hopped too long methinks). Hopefully time in the garage resolves that!
