The plugs are aviation plugs, i have them on my electric brewery from the controller to the pt100 probe
I had to replace one by soldering a new plug to the control box when it failed,mine are gx12 3 pin I have some spare ones if you need a couple.

Thats what i have i tried soldering an xlr to it but i cocked it up lol thats why i want a cable like that

They look like great cables. I am on my third npt100 probe because the cable keeps shorting.
