Hi

I have made a few white wine kits now all have been pretty good . I would like to make a red wine kit and was wondering which kit to try for my first time. A friend tried a cantina red kit though I thought it was quite bland and watery . I like a ab full bodied red either australian or italian.

Thanks
Stuart

The beaverdale kits are good but i would suggest brewing a couple of bottles short of the suggested volume or using a hydrometer to get the target OG that you want.

I have two Cab Sauv's and they taste quite good full of body :thumb:

California Connoseur are very good too - and they come with a better yeast than the Beaverdale for the same kind of price. As mentioned, make up a little short to get a more full bodied wine.
