Which yeast should I go with for pea pod & rosehip wine

Hi all I have a choice of a few yeast to play with for the peapod & rosehip wine , it's currently sitting in a covered bucket letting the campden tablet and pectolase do their jobs.
So I have to hand

Young's dessert/high alcohol yeast Yeast Sachet - Youngs Dessert / High Alcohol Wine Yeast 5g

Mangrove jack's CY17 CY17 Wine Yeast

Mangrove jack's MA33 MA33 Wine Yeast (technically red wine yeast)

Mangrove jack's R56 ( technically red wine yeast) R56 Wine Yeast

I'm thinking the mangrove jack's CY17 plus a spoon of yeast nutrient ?
