Hi I've just bought a 6 bottle California Connoisseur white zinfandel kit

I'm now ready to start making it
I've read the instructions that have come with the kit, and they are very good but. what is confusing me is there is a 1Kg bag of brewing and winemaking sugar and, no where in the instructions does it mention adding this sugar.

    Can anybody help me please.

Thanks all been sorted sugar was sent by mistake seller contacted me

One good reason to use a hydrometer at the start you would then realise if you had made a mistake with the water or that you needed to add sugar :thumb: :thumb:

I brought this kit the other day (havent started it yet) there isnt or supposed to be any sugar with this kit.
May be the supplier just bundled it with it not knowing that you dont need it.
This kit does not need sugar.

Just opened first bottle of this last night.
Not a bad drink its only been in bottle a week and was left to clear for about a month.
So far its not as nice as the wilkos strawberry I did so I better leave the other 5 bottles for a bit longer if I can.
