Wine storage

    Just a quick one I'm storing my wine in a 5 gallon carboy am I best to put an airlock in it or just bung it I only need to store it for a month

    I would leave it under airlock and keep an eye on the water level so it doesn't dry up better safe than sorry.

    What about those 5 litre bag in box things? Will the wine age ok in them while they're being used to dispense the wine?

    In our house 5 litres wouldn't get time to age. :lol:
