I'm a newbie to all this so about 6 weeks ago I took the plunge and bought a 5 litre kit to make Winebuddy Chardonnay. True to the instructions after 7 days I had my 5 bottles of wine, Quite drinkable but tasted yeasty and bitter . Last night decided to pop one in the fridge and try it again .Wow !!! what a difference in 6 weeks completely different wine absolutely delicious .Just shows what a little patience can do .Gone is the yeasty taste and the bitterness has turned into a delicious flavour .Will definitely try some more .I'm now completely hooked although my MYO red is doing my head in 2 weeks in and still fermenting like crazy ,but I understand it will be worth it :) Famous laast words lol
