Have made both Wineworks Vino Australian White & White Sauvignon ( Dried Fruit Kits ) & both produced a Really Really Nice Dry White Wine .
Really Really Recommended if you like a really Dry White Wine !
Tried the Wineworks Vino Australian Red , correctly described by Richard B ( in e- mail ). as a Deep Red . Taste was fairly fruity , but a little perhaps overpowering with the Oak Chippings ( ?! )
The Whites ( made ! ) for our palette are spot on !!
Has anyone else tried these ?

Hi there ,saw your post .How long do the Dried Fruit kits take to ferment ? :)

Took about 10 days ( max ) to ferment out completely & ready to drink in about 7 days . ( Will be trying the Red Sauvignon next , for a change ! )

Certainly will although just had a look and most out of stock :(

hi, what do you get in the mysterious brown paper package?
i bought some powdered grape from $bay some years ago, and the resulting wine was not great.
just wondering if this is a similar thing.
