Hi,

Hope this is in the right place.

I've been told by someone at work that you can keep the yeast left over at the bottom of the demijohn to make another brew. I've got to questions:
a) Is this true?
b) How would I do it/what's the process called so I can Google it?

Thanks for your help.

Tim

It is true.

There's a good how-to video on Billy Brew. You need a few sterilized jars and boiled/cooled water. Google 'beer yeast wash'.

Thanks suj1980,

That sounds easy enough (probably not though!), I'll give it ago on my next brew.

Thanks again.
Tim
