So i want to start a brew but i hit a stand still because i have an 18.9 liter fermenter and the turbo yeast instructors you to use 21 liter can some help me with scaling down the yeast please

I once had one of those wine filter buckets that sat nicely in the neck of a demi john, there was a hessian type filter that sat just inside the top. Then another bucket which i could pour this finished alcotec 23 into, with 3 chemicals added, Bentonite and 2 other, cant remember them now. That was poured into the filter bucket and it filtered directly into the bottom demijohn as clear as water. I just wish i had that now. Ive made 5 gallons of this alcotec 23, mixed in some finings 1 and 2 about four days ago, its still cloudy, not gassy, so tried bentonite today. Here's hoping, will check in a few more days..
