Youngs Barley Wine ABV?

Hi everyone.
Bit of a newbie mistake on my part. I kicked off x2 Youngs Barley Wine Kits last weekend but forgot to take an original reading with the ol' hydrometer.
Would any of you wise souls be able to take a stab at what an estimated final ABV will be for this? Thanks. I intend keeping it bottled until Christmas and don't want to pour pints of it down anyone's neck if it's gonna send 'em bandy.

Brewed to 25 Litres.
2 Cans Of Youngs Barley Wine 1.5KG each.
2KG Youngs Brew Enhancer.
I used both sachets of the supplied yeast.

Fermentation is still going strong after 5 or so days.

You should have got an OG of about 1.066 with that which puts you in the 7% + ballpark depending on how the yeast does if you take an Fg reading you can work out a rough ABV based on that OG estimate

Not much to worry about then really, it's obviously not a weak ale but it isn't gonna put people to sleep after a couple.
