Yesterday I signed up for the MaltMiller/Elusive competition and bought a few more bits and pieces for future brews. My full plan, in order is now:

• Witbier for the competition
• Munich Helles
• NEIPA
• Deuchars clone
• Single hop pale ale (hop TBC - maybe a bit of a user upper brew)
• Best bitter

A clone of Grolsch "Kruidige Tripel" (Spicy Tripel), which contains rye, cardamom, lemon grass and coriander seeds. I brewed this last fall, and my wife was very enthusiastic about it. Tastes very well with curries and wok and other spicy dishes.
