I brewed a german Hells pilsner and a belguim blonde last month , they got 1 more week left on gas in fridge till ready .

Im thinking of doing 2 more beers for summer so got 4 as got 2 spare 19lt kegs ..
Hears the thing , hears the problem not all will fit in fridge , only 2 kegs will so will the fully gassed kegs from fridge keep ok at room temp 15 - 25 degrees in my garige
Why the new beers go on gas and how long will they be good before turning .?

Thinking the blonde be ok as they take longer to condition
Iv got a czeck pilsner thats nerver been opened in a 19lt keg must be 2 years old sat at room temp all its life nerver distubed Would you chance it ?

It'll be fine. There's no reason why a beer once carb'd can't be exposed to a whole range of temps without being ruined.
Would be really interested in tasting the pilsner after 2 years maturation. As long as sanitation was good, I don't reckon there will be any concerns.
