After the Dunkle couldn't help myself!
1.8kg Pale malt extract
1.8kg wheat malt extract
37g saaz @boil
20g saaz @30min
20g hallertauer @50min
110ml liquid Weissbier yeast
Dissolved all malt extract in 6 liters of boiling water.
Added the hops as per the schedule above.
Transferred into fv straining out the hops and cooled the wart. Increased length to 23l.
Pitched the yeast at 15.6 degrees C.
Saved 1.5l of wart and 10ml of yeast for batch priming when fermentation has finished.
