Wasps, I hate them, got stung when I was 5, bee's I can watch for hours, but wasps, sends a shiver down my spine and gets my reaching for a newspaper to splat them or the fly spray!

I spent an hour collecting near us tonight, only got enough to make a gallon, and have the nettle stings and thorn marks to prove it!!!

Labels are easy , down load some 'samples ' from here and print on plain paper, a bit of skimmed milk sticks them on a treat! http://www.beerlabelbuilder.com/

Its a cracker, I'm drinking it at the moment got around 20 bottles left from my brew, can be slow to clear so have patience

The agreement is that we can still use the rest of the garage for storage, no problem, the other wall is for 'storage' :lol:

The wife has agreed to the garage being turned into my brew house, so no time has been wasted, over the last few weeks I have started to put things together, don't worry I won't be using plastic FV's for bolier stands , I will build some, I just set this up to get an idea of the finished look.

Got round to bottling it tonight (and dropped one and smashed it!!!, worse still after I had filled it!!), anyway tastes like it will be very drinkable in a few weeks.

I noticed this lack of berries today whilst walking the dog, I reckon several tress had only a 50% berry covering to what I would expect.

I think another extract will be brewed before AG, worked all day on the garage but its still a few weeks away from the brewery being in working order

Wherry is one of my fav brews, the only issue for me is that it takes a long time to clear
