    i have just opened an ag beer [biab] i made in august and its still as cloudy as when i made it .. :? it tastes great though ive made others with the same technique and they have cleared well.. :hmm:

    1st time pizza making

    ha.. pasta maker , i bought one, what a lot of faffing about to make average pasta, spoke to my sil, who is part italian and her family just but good quality egg pasta from the shops , most italians will make pasta with a rolling pin which is a lot simpler ... :thumb:

    we had a go ... :D the coach and horses ,nr covent garden, a nice Guinness,and hot beef sarnies, well recomended... :clap: the Tap anchor right next to tower bridge ,a sam smiths pub, a great extra stout ,a really old unchanged london pub... the Nags head covent garden , AM brewery pub, a nice...

    Home made rustic pizza …. Flour water yeast oil Allow to prove for an hour tomato sauce . plum tommys ,blitzed added herbs and black pepper ,and reduce for 20 mins [htc pink,is not the true colour] rolled out dough, and toppings thin crust ,cheese,onion, basil thicker crust , bacon...

    thanx for the reply, :thumb: i have racked it into clean dj's and added 2 ct's into each , they all tasted ok and smelled about right, :D the white stuff was, some bits of white grains, and some floaty whispy stuff, i seemed to leave most of it behind in the dj's.......2 of them were...

    this has had 5 weeks fermenting, a couple of the dj's have some white stuff floating on them. :? so i am going to rack them , should i be adding a stabiliser to the wine when racking...?

    fill,let stand and and wash out the tin a couple of times with boiling water ... use oven gloves.. :thumb:
