Hiya as an ale brewer my other half has asked if i could make a berry cider for her for xmas but im not sure where to start really so looking for some advice and help Cheers.

also when i took SG temp was at 29c should i have taken reading when it cooled to 22c cheers

jus checked and only brewed mine with 19.5 litres in total think i might have not put enough water in but not got box any more

jus checked what i wrote down and it was 1038 not 1028 to start with lol

Hiya i started my wherry ten days ago with an sg of 1028 and today and yesterday my readings are 1012 should i leave a few more days or is it safe to botle up Cheeers

Hiya was jus reading label on can and it says to brew with 500g of brew enhancer was going to use jus sugar 500g but most other kits iv'e done are 1kg sugar jus want to know if 500g is right or am i reading it wrong :wha: Has anyone done this kit and what did they use cheers.
