Berry cider

Hiya as an ale brewer my other half has asked if i could make a berry cider for her for xmas but im not sure where to start really so looking for some advice and help

3.5L Apple juice 1L some sort of berry juice, and tannin/malic/yeast/nutrient/citric. sweeter if you want it. :thumb:
