If your making 1 uk gallon batch and there is approx 100g of sugar per litre in your apple juice, then you could end up with an alcohol content of between 10-11%

Yeah, there is no haze. Not obvious from the photo but its really clear.

Cleared out really well. Doesn't taste like sherry (hoping that means its not oxidised). As I said it tastes quite nice, just a bit orange. Its cranberry and red grape juice.
