Kenridge Classic Pinot Noir was just like shop red wine after 3 days in the bottle. I don't know if it will be worth trying cheaper kits if they don't turn out any good
Just finished the KC Pinot Noir. When bottling it tasted very tart, however 3 days later it is perfect. It tastes just like red wine from the shop.
I've not done any of the cheaper kits, now I'm scared they won't be as good as the KC ones.
