I am doing the Kenridge classic pinot noir kit and have been at the clearing stage for a week. I've followed all of the instructions, adding the kieselsol, then degassing 8 times over 2 days, then adding chitosan and mixing. It says to wait 6 days for it to clear. Straight away clumps formed at the bottom, however over the week some have formed and stayed in the middle of the bucket. Anyone have any experience with this or how to get these clumps to lower so I can rack it off?
I've left it outside in my hut over night, however still no movement. Even shaking the bucket the white marks/clumps don't move
