Beerworks Presidents Sierra American Pale Ale

How are you getting on? I've done a Beerworks Rocket IPA and just put on their Spire IPA today, so I'm interested in how yours is doing.

That's because he's heard you talk about "adding body" to the beer.

    Used Grain and Malt

I've put some on the compost heap, and despite the fact that the local pheasants lurk there, they've ignored it and hang round under the bird feeders.

My Personal Rant About BrewDog PLC

It's a bit like the Silicon Valley computer "hobbyists" wearing T shirts and trainers to disguise the fact that they've got five factories in China churning out the stuff to 80 countries.

    Disaster and redemption

As I'm swigging one as I type (well, I have put the glass down for a second) I'll do my best. I've been using the extract kits, so there's no boil involved. Stout FG 1018 3 times in a row

I've just kegged some stout today at 1018. I had a taste from the hydrometer vessel, and it didn't taste particularly sweet. In fact it tasted pretty good.

    Will this grain mill do?

Just be careful you don't end up milling chipboard by mistake.

No Bubbles coming though Air lock

Judging by the photo, the fermentation is well under way, so I wouldn't worry about the lack of bubbles through the airlock.
