no i ment how long after fermentation...
to bottling ...
then can you drink it on the day of bottling or to you have to wait months/ years ... ...not how much can you drink lol...
i only done mine becuse i made the elderberry cordial...
and blackberry jam last summer...
i got fed up with the jam ...
and as for the elderberry cordial ...
i didnt like it...
but didnt wont to waist eather ...
so glad i made them into wine ...
its a winner... :thumb: ...
no worrys bud.. :thumb: .
i used blackberry jam that i made last year...
but you can use what ever you like ...
so yes blackcurrant should be fine.. ;) .
my elderberry cordial and blackberry jam wine ...
i made both of these back in the summer and didnt use much of eather...
so this is why i thought id try to do a wine out of them ...
so i put the jam in my sanitised pot and added 2 pints of boiling water to disolve it ...
i then added 1.5kg of...
ok so i bottled this 2day ...
my elderberry cordial, and blackberry jam wine ...
it tasted very fruity with a small after burn like a spirit...
all in all very nice ...
heres some pics ...
job done... :drink: ...
