    Brew flat, any ideas?

    I put all my coopers lager into the fridge almost immediately after bottling, and left about a dozen out on the shelf as I ran out of space. The ones in the fridge are flat and the ones on the shelves are fizzy. I guessed that they were too cold, so they are now in the warm for a few more...
