Hi
Just sort of started. Beer in pubs is extortionate and thought I'd give it a go
Great help from Davie at edina brewshop in Edinburgh. Had a stalled eldrflower champagne that he helped back to life

Stressing about sanitisation and what to use and this forum has really helped
The shiny AG are so appealing so early in my brewing career. Perhaps similar to the attraction of a 1wood when first learning to play golf. Looking at cool boxes with a different light. One in the camping set is in mortal danger of holding mash and not bottles.

Looking forward to cracking my first pint in about a month.

Yea, Davie is a good guy. He'll sort you out with whatever you need!
