You wont go far wrong with a beaverdale or a Callifornian conousir.ive been making both since I started 2 years ago and not 1 person whos tasted it,said they didn't like it,so that must say something.

Think I answered my own question yesterday,as I topped up dj with some oj and within 3 hours it started to bubble up again so I relised that theyeast didn't die off.looking forward to tasting this lot when its ready.

Ive made a WOW and a WOW variant.on mixing the ingredients,i seem to recall ive put 1 crushed tablet in each of my musts at the start.
Question 1 is,will it have affect on the strength of my wine(cause I added it at the start)yet it fermented...
