Simcoe & Citra AIPA PLEASE HELP

Where are the home brew champs held? I agree with a lil bit of crystal for that malty background, hops are good sounds like a nice brew, I love galaxy hops for dry hopping though, such a distinctive aroma!

    AG#35 Summer Lovin

I've been told that when using pilsner it best to boil for over 75 min to get rid of the Dimetyl sulfides (dms) which causes off flavours, have you experienced that before?

Oh good, I don't want to be one of them annoying beginners. Ahhh I see, so for an American IPA would you recommend rice hulls or oat husks, or doesn't it matter?

    Cask Ale

That's were me an Fil differ, being a northern lad I cannot drink cask ale here in London it just doesn't taste right to me, give me an inch of air on my pint any day. At one point I ended up carrying a sparkler with me (the red tip that goes on a beer engine to give head) to give to the bar...

    Hatchling Brewer

Lost me a little bit along the way there lads haha. So Beer Buddah your saying buy a bag of rice hulls or oat husks an just throw 100 grams into my mash just as a precaution so I don't get a stuck mash? Do those two ingredients add anything to flavour, body, head retention? Thanks for letting...

    Cask Ale

I wouldnt know if the beers you mentioned were forms of "british pale ales" only, but generally we call all cask ales bitters. I once ran a cask ale pub when I was 19 and it was mostly the older generation who drank there and they just called it bitter haha. Ruby ale is a beer brewed with...
