My best home brew yet and it's a tweaked kit rather than AG. 250g light DME Boiled for 20 mins with: 10g cascade @ 20 mins 35g citra @ 5 mins 1 can of Wherry Two weeks in primary with: Dry hopped 30g Citra & 20g Cascade S05 yeast. Wasn't sure the hops would go with the Wherry but...

I do that as well but for the sake of a fiver it's an easy one to stick on if needed quickly or like I said above I can use it for experimenting if I want. Purists may not approve but, hey ho.

You're looking to move house and part of your criteria is whether the garden is big enough for a decent brew shed/man cave or whether there is a room in the house you can convert to the same. I've found a couple of possibilities but nothing that ticks EVERY box yet :-?
