    Whats wrong with this idea?

    So we have all managed to salvage yeast from bottles. Carefully stepping up starters 10ml-100ml then 200ml and so on. So I have a supply of my own bottles with a smear of yeast on the bottom ready for when they are needed then it occurred to me.... I usually bung the first 19 litres of a brew...
