Just about to get this brew on. It says brew up to 22.5 litres though and reading should be 1040. I worked out this should give me about a 4.6 percent ale. Was hoping for something a bit stronger. I have just purchased a can of this kit. It recommends 500g spraymalt light and 500g brewing sugar. I have 1kg on beer kit enhancer though, would it be better to just use this than the spraymalt light?

For my brew I used the standard plastic bottles you get with the pack but I have been saving my glass beer bottles and plan to get a bottle capper and use them for my 2nd brew. Is there any difference? Is it difficult to use the bottle capper? Should I stick with the plastic bottles this early?
