    Yes do both! But make sure that you do the Triple first - it just about shades the Grand Cru.

    Gave the clarification two weeks and it really paid off. Looked very clear going into the bottle. Sample showed that its ready to drink but hoping the enhancer instead of sugar will improve the head. Grand Cru waiting in the wings. If time allows will start it tomorrow.
