    low alcohol content

    I've just finished brewing a Festival Premium Ale Kit and tried to follow the instructions to the letter. I measured my starting gravity as 1.023 and it's now 1.000. When I work this out it seems to equate to only 3% ABV...have I done something wrong? I mean, is there even any point in drinking...

    Scum line in keg

    Hi Folks, I transferred my brew (from a kit) to my pressurised keg from the fermentation bucket a few days ago. I made sure everything was sterile, but it looks like there's the shadow of a scum line inside the keg. Should I be concerned?

    Adding CO2

I want to add some CO2 to my pressurised keg- I've got a CO2 injection system and some small CO2 capsules. It says on the box to add 1 capsule per litre but I wanted to check if this was accurate...

    Help! Advice needed

    hi folks, I've just finished fermenting my first ever 5gallon batch of beer. However, I misread the instructions concerning putting sugar in the keg and I've added 500gs before transferring the beer into the pressurised keg- much more than recommended. What should I do?
