    Hop pellet problem

    I have brewed Evil Dog I.P.A. I am bottling it tomorrow morning. I have just remembered though that I havent added the hop pellets provided with the kit. I am now at work until late so cant add them now. Does it matter is my question? Are the pellets absolutely neccessary? thanks

    priming and bottling

    Instead of using a bottling bucket....is it possible to pour the priming solution into the brew and mix it? Then bottle from the fv.

    very frothy beer

    This may be a stupid question....Why do I have to syphon the brew into a bottling bucket? Can i not just jug the brew straight into bottles? I havent got a bottling wand so last time I syphoned the brew into a large bucket with the priming solution.I then syphoned from the bucket into bottles...
