What is the best price I can get a Grainfather for in the UK

I have done a few stove top brews and used demijohns all good no problems and there really easy to clean after. First thing I see when I used them that I liked was you could see the yeast churning and the beer constantly moving.

I would think Switch and lamp before the pwm I would also switch the 12V Transformer at the 240V side rather than after. Although the way shown means all your switching is low voltage, I'm just thinking save a bit of power and rather than transformer running all the time heating the enclosure...

Could use the Berglund stainless steel stock pots, much cheaper than the brew buckets and available In a range of sizes

My 50l Berglund thermo pot is up in the loft, not had time to do any conversion to mash tune, does anyone know what the diameter should be for the false bottom, I have a cnc punch at work and stacks of stainless steel off cuts, I want to make mine and see how well it will work, smallest punch...

I think the malt miller sells corks and cages for champagne bottles, I think there's some sort of trick corking though.
