Only thing I would do is loose the crystal and replace it with wheat malt. Hops sound fine to me.

How would you fit a hop filter to this with a 1 1/2" bore?. I would suggest that a 1/2" ball valve would be better suited and easier to control. If you get a brass valve from screwfix they are much cheaper than S/S ones.

Alan Just go straight for a 10mm Bosch Cobalt drill it will eat it up and save you blunting all your other bits. The cobalt bits are more expensive but worth it. Andy :thumb:

Dan That will not produce fizzy beer it will just create enough pressure to force the beer out and force oxygen out, you aren't using a sodastream which forces co2 into suspension in the beer. I would transfer into the other keg and give it a blast of co2.
