false bottom material.

Hello everyone not been around for 6 months since moving house, as there's been loads to do but now its done and I can begin the new build or Crofton Brewery mk2. Got all my valves and sight glasses installed this weekend. I now need to build the FALSE bottoms for the my & copper. First would you use 316 stainless?. Second does anyone know a good place to get them from?

316 will stay shiny, 304 will go steel grey, both will do the job nicely. I'd get one custom made but if you fancy having a pop yourself I've used this seller a few times, they will cut to any size.
