    aurora hop opinions?

You can't compare those two hops! Citra is full of oils and has a huge aroma, something like fruit salad. I like it a lot. On the other hand Aurora is earthy, floral and if you use it in large quantities it can be very earthy which I personally don't prefer. It's you choice. Cheers

Ceejay, yes 3 times. It is very fast yeast. Usualy for normal gravity it takes for about 3 day to finish. Flavor profile is similar to WLP001 or US05 but it leaves a little bit of malt character it is much much better flocculator. I like it alot! calumscott, for me this gives the best aroma in...

    Dunkelweizen revisited

Your IBU is low for that much cara malts. Bump it to 18 IBU. You don't want too sweet beer. You used WLP300 a lot. Tell me, which temperature is the best for banana bomb without thin body and fusil alcohol? Thanks

    IPA and hops pairing

Yes, I know that Brewdog hop rate is 0.75kg per hl of beer. And they flush it 2-3 with blast of CO2 to prevent hops from falling down. I'm using hop pallets so i think i don't need to blend them. And yes, next time I'll add them i clear beer, dry hop in keg. I'm wondering of amarillo, simcoe...

    ESB

It is very nice, indeed! Thank you! The only thing is that I can't get Maris Otter in Croatia, so I tried to replicate that bready/biscuity taste with home roasted biscuit malt. It is very delicious!
