Started the new Muntons American Style IPA last Saturday, added the hops at days 4 as suggested and wow they smell great.

Ok so I tried to make a turbo cider.....
4l 100% Apple Juice
1l 100% Apple, grape and Raspberry Juice
one strong cup of tea (no Milk ;) )
some pectolase and some stabiliser.
No Sugar
its fairly young but it is quite bad to taste..its not off its clear as anything.

Corny kegged the IPA and even got hold of a nice pump anda separate beer pump clip to add to the effect.

I am wondering how long a beer will last under pressure in a Corny Keg?
I usually brew both Bitters or Lagers and wonder how long can these stay in good health in a corny?
1) Connected to Gas continuously
2) Carbonated and then Isolated from the gas line?

Having bought a Kaltenberg Hell beer pump (very nice) it did not come with a drip tray, the bracket is rectangular approximately 5" x 4" (from memory)
Any ideas where i can get one as all the ebay ones seem to be square.

I am not sure if i want to continue using this stuff!!
It definitely cleans ok, ,i am just certain it really lingers in the flavour on occassion.
Anyone else feel the same or think there is a much better alternative?

Hi there I have beer font very nice lager one but has a missing nozzle, someone pointed me in the direction of Barley bottom on here but the ones they have listed look more like a beer engine style one, my beer font is a european lager.

So I am new to using a Corny keg....
I kegged my beer and gave it 20psi for 3 days, following that I lowered pressure to 3psi for serving and all is good
However I have a party on Saturday and need to get the keg cool.
What I have done is crank the Temp back up to 20PSI for 1 day then fully...
Had my Corny off Norm and wow he does look after them, took good care of this one thanks Norm!
Kegged up today my Heritage Lager and its sat at 20 PSI for 2days.

Do you have to put a corny into a fridge?
I have just picked up a cheap under counter fridge for my new corny but was just thinking about the whole logistics etc. my shed doesn't have electric which sucks and having read into it i may just be setting myself up for a fail. i.e. cost outweighing...
ok so i am at a loss here....
Brewed my mexican cervesa and bottled into 500ml coopers bottles (and some 660ml cobra ones) however the beer looks lovely and clear.
as soon as i crack the top the fizz lifts dregs off the bottle base..hmmmm
is it over carbonated and any tips??
