    How Long Will it last?

    I am wondering how long a beer will last under pressure in a Corny Keg? I usually brew both Bitters or Lagers and wonder how long can these stay in good health in a corny? 1) Connected to Gas continuously 2) Carbonated and then Isolated from the gas line? thanks people :cheers:

    drip tray help

    Having bought a Kaltenberg Hell beer pump (very nice) it did not come with a drip tray, the bracket is rectangular approximately 5" x 4" (from memory) Any ideas where i can get one as all the ebay ones seem to be square. thanks :cheers:

    VWP Steriliser

    I am not sure if i want to continue using this stuff!! It definitely cleans ok, ,i am just certain it really lingers in the flavour on occassion. Anyone else feel the same or think there is a much better alternative? :cheers:

    OVER CARBONATED??

    ok so i am at a loss here.... Brewed my mexican cervesa and bottled into 500ml coopers bottles (and some 660ml cobra ones) however the beer looks lovely and clear. as soon as i crack the top the fizz lifts dregs off the bottle base..hmmmm is it over carbonated and any tips??
