A short question, switched to using gas a few brews ago and was just wondering how much percentage you allow for the boil off, i got away with around 15% using leccy. Any other gas users out there who can put me right?? :cheers: WG

Got a thermo pot, putting in a bottom drain, that part is sorted. What im wanting to know is what have you guys used for a false bottom, need a 440mm diameter bottom. Seen a few examples on here but just wondering what options there are. WG

Guys, i use a converted keg as my current tun, would'nt hold a 10 gallon brew though last weekend. Probably looking at a 11-12 kg grain bill so would a 60 litre tun be ok? (batch sparge) WG :thumb:

Trying my pump out by transfering water and i noticed that theres liquid left in the two pieces of tube, do i allow a loss for this or is there a way of pumping it out? :wha:

I used a marker on mine but find it wipes off a bit to easily for my liking, already lost half of the markings and its a bloody pain!! Just wondering if anybody has any better suggestions? Welshguzzler. :cheers:
