I've decided to purchase Brewferm's Christmas edition, only a kit as I'm a newbie and this will be my forth kit. After reading the instructions, they inform me not to add any sugar at any point during the process from fermenting to putting in the keg, no sugar at all. Does this sound right ...

Yeah be great.....good idea the more the merrier :drink: I got the Wherry conditioning now for 2 weeks and just kegged the St Peters Golden Ale, aiming for first session about end of Oct ! Oh and just fired up some Vimto TC !!

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, sorry do you mean you left your yeast on top with the kits and it was OK ?

A newbie question but not sure on what to do. I have just started my second twin can kit (St Peters Gold). I have everything OK but I added the hop extract first as directed and then the yeast, again as directed. My question is do I stir it in or leave on top to soak in and do it's thing...
