    Juniper berries - when, and how much?

    I'd like to make beer flavoured with juniper ("normal" beer, not gruit). Anybody has any clue as to when add berries (mash?, copper?, dry in secondary?) and how much? I want prominent flavour & aroma.

    Beer prices during Euro 2012, Olympics, etc

    I just realized beer price hike week in advance of Euro 2012 Cup. In stores 50cl of good local lager in Warsaw used to be 3PLN, now it's 4.70. Also in bars, was 9PLN now it's 16PLN and everybody expects it will rise to 24PLN. I just hope these prices will not stay after games. (1PLN = ~0.2GBP)...

    Hello from Poland

    Hi all, I'm Jarek, I'm a homebrewer from Poland. I love British ales, I'm brewing a/g usually twice a month, have 55 batches accounted. This year I started to participate in competitions, my dubbel won 3rd place then I scored 1st with my London porter. I hope to learn something from you guys. ;)
