    I've got two dj of wow style rose wine. The only rose I've tryed have been really sweet but very nice and refreshing on a hot afternoon. I'd like to hear your opinions on how sweet a good rosé should be. Cheers

    Hi 48 hours in to a standard wow I've had very slow bubbles but I'm not worried because it at around 18 degrees and I've read I will get a slower fermentation at lower temps. So after 48 hours it's already started throwing a sediment is this normal? As its my first brew ever I'm paranoid about...
