    Bees and honey.

    After over ten years I am finally able to keep a couple of colonies of bees again in my garden (yes I know that's another forum!). Apart from the obvious meads etc I'm looking forward to adding the honey to some of my ale brews. I'm on the look out for some good ideas..... ;) It will be good...

    AG#5 A Belgian Tripel

    I have been given a tripel recipe from a fellow forum member (thanks phettebs) and I'm having a crack at it tomorrow. Will post the ingredients etc, in the morning when I've printed them off. Did the starter this morning and just toke a pic of it. Been on the stir plate for about 13 hrs now...
