    Cooper canadian blonde 23.5l

    I brewed my Canadian blonde to 23.5l by mistake. What can I do to stop it being too thin and weak. I also pitched the yeast at the higher end of the temp scale as I couldnt cool it down with out adding more cold water making it even more diluted. Gary.

    how much ordinary sugar to bulk prime

    Well my second coopers Aussie lager is nearly ready (few days). Im gonna bulk prime this time, but how much sugar to use. Should I just buy some brewing sugar or ordinary sugar. Is it the same for both? This one will be going in glass bottles so dont want any bottle bombs :shock: Cheers Gary.

    Thats 6 days since I started my first homebrew, the Cooper lager. Its coming along nicely. The Original Gravity was 1038, its now sitting at 1011 and it tastes , well like flat lager but I love it. Cant wait till I get to bottle it, hopefully this week end. Gary.

    Just had lunch at my local. Got 23 pint (568ml) Magners bottles. 6 500ml Kopparberg bottles and 3 Crabbies 500ml bottles. It was all I could get in the black bin liner the manager gave me. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

    Moving bottled & kegged beer How long for sediment to settle
