I brewed my first wherry 2 weeks ago. I bottled it on saturday night. Looking forward to tasting this just about Christmas. I bought 48 new PET bottles from innhouse brewery in Glasgow (under £7 fort 24). 1 caeb drop per bottle (as I had some left). 1 week in the wee room, then in the basement for a few weeks to condition.

Been wanting to do this for a while now. I just missed out on getting it at wilkos for £16

Going for something different. Any advice, something Cafferys like. Ive done a few lagers and now the wherry.
