    So I have ordered my yeast etc and dusted off my DJs. I went to the supermarket today and had a look at the juices. I didn't know what to get. Some said 100% from concentrate (not many by the way). Others said 12% of this and 5% of that. What should I look for or are all carton fruit juices...

    Turbo cider question

    I read somewhere that some people leave TC in the DJ for a couple of months before bottling. Is leaving it in the DJ for a couple of months not the same as leaving it in the bottle for a couple of months? :hmm:

    Topping up

    Hi all, I am planning to do another gallon of beer and put it in a gallon DJ. Does anyone think there would be a problem if I fill the DJ to the shoulder and save some wort to top up later. I do a lot of turbo cider and I do this so the foam doesn't escape throughout the airlock. Cheers.
