    Done My First Full

    Scale batch today. After a few smaller batches of 10 to 15 litres i done a 23 litre brew today. Thought the 3 kg batches went well but having 5 and a half of grain in a bag made a bit of a mess. Still have another go next week with another 5 kg and hopefully get some beers in stock.
