I went to bottle my black IPA earlier, got all the equipment and bottles sterilised and retrieved the FV from the brewfridge where it's been cold crashing for two days. Opened her up to syphon into the bottling bucket and what have I got? A 16 litre block of solid ice I'm not certain but I think the thermostat on my fridge might be buggered:lol:
Question is, if I defrost it could I bottle it tomorrow night anyway and would I need to add some yeast to carbonate it, or should I just start sucking it now?
Cheers
