For those of you who didn't laugh at me over this recipe i thought i'd give you a go
I did this a few weeks ago
4kg Golden Promise
200G Biscuit Malt
400G Crystal Malt
250G Munich Malt
40G Cascade 6.8% 60 mins
25 Jalapeno peppers added to the fermenter with one pack of US-05
I had a taste tonight and it is probably gonna be drain cleaner
Beer is not supposed to burn your throat, right
Anyway we live and learn, i don't need the keg for a couple of weeks so i'll give it that long and if it's still as bad i'll bottle half and chuck the other half.
I could probably sell it for getting that syrup smell from cornies :lol:
