Hello everyone! After an absense of over 22 years from wine making and brewing, the chance purchase of three Demi johns started it all of again. Previously I'd only used wine kits from Boots but this time I've used a Connnoiseur Merlot kit and very impressed by my first results. I've got a Barola and a Cabernet Merlot fermenting away and a Woodforde's Wherry just started. Great forum guys.
